Public log checkpoints

The state of the whole proof log, signed every day and after every closed week.

Each checkpoint signs the Merkle tree over every entry of the log and is chained to the previous checkpoint by the SHA-256 of its file. Each one names a recent Bitcoin block and is anchored in Bitcoin through OpenTimestamps. Every week is copied to an immutable release on GitHub (DeiFlagellum/sigelith-log) and saved in the Internet Archive, and every quarter the complete log is deposited in Zenodo with a permanent DOI (latest version: 2026-Q3). Anyone can download the log and check that nothing was removed or rewritten — without trusting us.

Checkpoints began on 25 September 2026. The first one covers every entry since the log began on 15 June 2026; the weeks before it are sealed by their own signed weekly roots, OpenTimestamps proofs and bank transfers (proof page).
